Welcome to Astriqa (astriqa.com). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any future amendments.

1. Entertainment Purposes Only — Important Disclaimer

Astriqa and all of its content, services, predictions, astrological charts (Jathakam), horoscopes, remediation suggestions (Parikaram), and any other outputs are provided strictly for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrology is a traditional and cultural practice, but it is not a scientifically validated method for predicting events or outcomes. No astrological prediction, reading, chart, or recommendation provided through Astriqa should be understood as a statement of fact, a guarantee of any outcome, or a reliable basis for decision-making.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • All predictions, forecasts, and astrological interpretations are inherently subjective and speculative in nature.
  • No prediction or reading provided on this website is guaranteed to be accurate, come true, or produce any particular result.
  • Any remediation (Parikaram) or suggested action is offered as a cultural or traditional practice and carries no guarantee of effectiveness whatsoever.
  • You will not rely on any content from Astriqa as the sole or primary basis for any personal, financial, medical, legal, or life decision.

2. No Professional Advice

The content on Astriqa does not constitute, and must not be used as a substitute for, professional advice of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, medical, legal, financial, psychological, psychiatric, investment, tax, career, or business advice.

Specifically, you agree to the following:

  • You will not make life-altering decisions (including but not limited to marriage, divorce, relocation, career changes, medical treatment, surgical decisions, or financial investments) solely based on the astrological predictions or guidance provided on this website.
  • You will not blindly follow any Parikaram, remediation, ritual, gemstone recommendation, or other suggestion provided on this site expecting a guaranteed or certain result.
  • You will always consult with an appropriately qualified professional (such as a licensed physician, attorney, certified financial advisor, or mental health professional) before making any significant decisions regarding your health, finances, legal matters, or personal welfare.
  • You understand that Astriqa is not a licensed counseling, medical, legal, or financial advisory service, and none of its operators hold themselves out as such.

3. Assumption of Risk

By using Astriqa, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of the Service. You acknowledge that you are using the Service of your own free will and volition. You understand that any actions you take based on the information provided on this website are taken entirely at your own risk and discretion. Astriqa shall bear no responsibility for the consequences of any actions you choose to take, whether or not those actions were influenced by content found on this website.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Astriqa, its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and contributors (collectively, the “Astriqa Parties”) shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
  • Any prediction, forecast, or reading that does not come true or proves inaccurate.
  • Any Parikaram or remediation that fails to produce a desired or expected effect.
  • Any decision you make or action you take (or refrain from taking) based on content provided on this website.
  • Any emotional distress, financial loss, physical harm, or other negative consequence arising from your reliance on the Service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, including but not limited to contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if the Astriqa Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Astriqa Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

6. Waiver of Claims

By using Astriqa, you explicitly and irrevocably waive any right to bring a lawsuit, legal claim, class action, or any other legal proceeding against the Astriqa Parties based on the accuracy, inaccuracy, or outcome of any astrological prediction, reading, chart, Parikaram, or recommendation provided through the Service. You acknowledge that this waiver is a material term of your agreement to use the Service and that Astriqa would not provide the Service without this waiver.

7. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the State of California, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only, and not as a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the Astriqa Parties.

8. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information found on Astriqa. By utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you possess free will and that your choices and actions are your own. You further agree that you will not misrepresent the content of this website to any third party as constituting professional advice, medical guidance, or guaranteed predictions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Astriqa, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of Astriqa or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from Astriqa.

10. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Astriqa, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you must have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to use this Service.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Astriqa regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Astriqa.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent that any lawsuit or court proceeding is permitted hereunder, you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of California.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
